Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to understand each client's unique mental health needs, strengths, and challenges.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and actionable interventions tailored to each client.
\n
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including medical professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to mental health support.

• Provide crisis intervention, including risk assessments and safety planning, when required.
\n
• Organize and lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes aimed at fostering community support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve patients in a hospice environment who may be experiencing a wide range of mental health conditions, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma-related disorders. It is essential to deliver empathetic and culturally sensitive care to clients as they navigate life-changing experiences and prepare for end-of-life considerations.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 87,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience, and the potential for bonuses.
