Key Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota Special Education Teaching Licensure required
• ASD endorsement strongly preferred for the Transition Center assignment
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, demonstrating strong instructional and behavioral support skills
• Flexible, collaborative, and dedicated to helping students with a range of abilities succeed

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored instruction and interventions to meet students’ individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Foster an inclusive, engaging, and positive learning environment
• Monitor and document student progress while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and administration
• Participate actively in professional development and team meetings
• Adapt instructional approaches as needed to best serve student needs across varied classroom settings
