Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with psychiatric providers to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans that reflect the needs of each patient.

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via secure live video, addressing a variety of emotional disorders among adult clients.

• Utilize symptom self-assessments, functional improvement indicators, and goal progress measures to continually evaluate and adjust treatment plans.

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation utilizing our intuitive therapist portal, ensuring effective communication and follow-up care.

• Access support and consultation from our dedicated Therapy Leadership Team, promoting professional growth and high standards of care.

• Formulate mental health diagnoses following DSM-5 standards, and develop individualized treatment plans accordance with established guidelines.

• Implement various therapeutic models, such as cognitive behavioral therapy and brief therapy, effectively addressing the diverse therapeutic needs of clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or a related field from an accredited program (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).

• An active, independent license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in the state of Oregon—or the state in which you reside—demonstrating professionalism and adherence to state regulations.

• A commitment to providing high-quality, culturally sensitive care across diverse populations.

• Demonstrated proficiency with technology and a willingness to integrate digital solutions into your clinical practice, enhancing client engagement and outcomes.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
