Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial intake assessments to identify client needs, mental health status, and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement tailored therapeutic strategies based on individual assessments, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions for clients, administering evidence-based interventions in order to promote healing and personal development.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans to ensure that clients are making progress towards their goals, adapting as necessary to meet their evolving needs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver comprehensive, coordinated care that addresses each client's unique circumstances.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and case notes in compliance with legal and ethical licensing requirements, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications\n
