Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to effectively identify clients' psychological concerns and construct individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based methodologies.

• Deliver therapeutic services through individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, leveraging various therapeutic modalities tailored to meet each client's specific needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with a diverse adult and adolescent population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid and unrestricted license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
