Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision for practicum students pursuing clinical licensure or working towards their Master's programs, fostering their growth into competent mental health professionals.

• Deliver psychotherapy services to a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's needs.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals and community resources to address clients' holistic health and wellness needs.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, ensuring alignment with client goals and best therapeutic practices.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and security of client information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients who seek support for a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
