Key Responsibilities\n

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to promote lasting mental health improvements.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique circumstances and needs of each client, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

• Provide support and interventions during crisis situations, helping clients navigate acute emotional distress and connect them with the necessary resources.

• Document clinical interactions meticulously in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate.

• Participate in regular case reviews and team meetings to share insights and enhance the overall effectiveness of treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• An active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Georgia is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating proficiency in individual, group, and family therapy.

• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, crisis management, and a variety of therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
