Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized therapeutic sessions via secure video conferencing, addressing mental health challenges such as mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and stress management.

• Administer comprehensive mental health assessments including intake evaluations and ongoing diagnostic assessments to develop and refine tailored treatment plans.
\n
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and solution-focused techniques, to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Foster a trusting therapeutic relationship through consistent communication and support, empowering clients to set and achieve their personal goals.

• Provide immediate intervention for clients in crisis situations to ensure their safety and well-being.
\n
• Maintain precise, up-to-date clinical records adhering to ethical guidelines and state regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver holistic care to clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops and seminars, and may provide supervision or mentorship to emerging counselors.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
