Work Environment\n

This is a full-time remote position, designed to accommodate flexible scheduling while ensuring that we meet the needs of our clients. While most work will be conducted remotely, some evening and weekend hours may be required to provide accessibility for our clients, ensuring that scheduling does not impede on their path to mental wellness.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for patients, effectively utilizing your education, training, and practical experience.

• Collaborate with patients to co-create personalized treatment strategies aimed at their unique needs.
\n
• Administer evidence-based behavioral therapies, employing techniques like solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation, problem-solving therapy, and motivational interviewing among others, tailored to individual client goals.

• Work in synergy with other healthcare professionals including primary care assistants and psychologists, ensuring an integrated approach to comprehensive patient care.

• Regularly track and evaluate therapy responses, assessing patient progress toward their treatment objectives, regardless of delivery method (in-person or remote).
\n
• Assist medical practitioners in managing psychotropic medications, focusing on adherence, monitoring side effects, and measuring treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will center on supporting a diverse patient population, including children and adolescents within the school system. You will engage with students, educators, and families to navigate a wide array of mental health challenges, empowering clients to achieve their highest potential. Through a culturally competent lens, you will address various psychosocial issues and facilitate access to the necessary support services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• A current, valid, and unrestricted license to independently practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Florida.

• A minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a licensed therapist, showcasing your skills in diverse therapeutic environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n
