Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments using your knowledge and expertise to present a clear understanding of each patient's unique situation.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessed needs, incorporating evidence-based behavioral therapies such as solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation, and motivational interviewing.

• Engage in regular collaboration with primary care providers and other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive treatment that encompasses both physical and mental health.

• Monitor patient progress methodically, utilizing both in-person (when necessary) and remote consultations. Assess the effectiveness of therapeutic approaches and modify treatment plans accordingly.

• Support prescribing medical professionals in the management of psychotropic medications, ensuring that treatments align with therapeutic goals while addressing concerns regarding medication adherence and side effects.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
