Key Responsibilities

• Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students enrolled in their Master’s programs seeking clinical licensure.
• Conduct individual, couples, and family psychotherapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring therapeutic goals are met effectively.
• Document and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Engage in regular case consultations and collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to provide comprehensive care.
• Stay informed about current research, best practices, and advancements in the field of therapy to enhance the quality of services provided.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• A valid state license (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, LCSW-R) is required for practice.
• Professional liability insurance must be maintained throughout the employment period.

Preferred Experience

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of two years of experience in the mental health field, specifically in providing therapy and supervision. Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, reflecting our commitment to providing above-market compensation for our dedicated team.
