Key Responsibilities

• Provide weekly supervision sessions for practicum students engaged in their Master’s programs or pursuing clinical licensure, guiding them in best practices and professional development.
• Deliver psychotherapy services to a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families, tailoring approaches to meet each client’s unique needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address the holistic well-being of clients.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring all client interactions and treatment plans are accurately logged and accessible.
• Stay current with the latest research, methodologies, and advancements in therapy to enhance the quality of care provided to clients and students.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s Degree in a relevant field of mental health counseling or therapy.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, providing therapeutic services.

Compensation and Benefits
