Work Environment\n

This role is designed to be fully remote, allowing for flexible work settings that accommodate the needs of both staff and clients. While the primary schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, we recognize that flexibility is vital, and team members may adjust their hours as required by patient needs. This remote setting facilitates better work-life balance while allowing therapists to focus on delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to craft personalized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other proven methodologies to facilitate effective mental health treatment.

• Ensure meticulous documentation within clinical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality while coordinating care across various treatment entities.

• Work collaboratively with a team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to develop and refine treatment protocols, always focusing on the highest standards of patient care.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, fostering a collegial atmosphere that enhances the quality of clinical interventions and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n
