Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain an active caseload of clients, establishing rapport and conducting therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches to foster healing and improvement.

• Engage in regular meetings with clients to assess progress, discuss treatment goals, and evaluate the need for ongoing support or discharge from services.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that are person-centered, taking into account clients’ unique needs and circumstances.

• Keep detailed and up-to-date documentation regarding client interactions, treatment progress, and any changes in therapeutic strategies, ensuring compliance with clinical standards.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand client backgrounds, needs, and the most appropriate therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) status in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience within a clinical outpatient setting post-graduate education.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology, including various software systems (such as RMS systems), email platforms, and spreadsheet applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
