Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health concerns through interviews, clinical assessments, and standardized evaluation tools, allowing you to identify specific needs and formulate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique goals and challenges of each client, incorporating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate engaging individual, family, and group therapy sessions, adapting your therapeutic approach to meet the diverse needs of your client base.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and stabilization techniques for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring that all documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhere to ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to co-create comprehensive care plans that holistically address client needs.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues and available resources, advocating for their needs and empowering them with knowledge to aid their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Tiny Triumphs Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing varying degrees of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. As a licensed mental health therapist, your ability to connect with clients and establish trusting therapeutic relationships will be foundational to achieving meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, with one of the following credentials: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
