Key Responsibilities\n

  Deliver Virtual Counseling Services: Provide online therapy sessions to a diverse client base, including individual adults and groups, couples, and families with various mental health challenges.

  Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Evaluate clients’ mental health needs and establish individual treatment goals during initial consultations.

  Create Personalized Treatment Plans: Develop and implement tailored therapeutic strategies that incorporate evidence-based methods and address specific client needs, such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and life transitions.

  Monitor Client Progress: Continuously track and assess clients' progress towards their goals, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans and interventions to maximize effectiveness.

  Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with other healthcare professionals and specialists within our organization to ensure clients receive holistic care, including referrals as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will represent a wide spectrum of the community, each facing unique challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to significant life transitions and relationship issues. Your role will be crucial in helping them navigate these challenges and reach their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

  Active licensure as LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC in the state of Washington.

  A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

  At least 2 years of relevant experience in providing mental health counseling, particularly in virtual settings.

  A compassionate and empathetic approach to client interactions, with a strong dedication to promoting client well-being.

  Access to a reliable internet connection and a well-equipped home office with capability for video conferencing.
