This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting while allowing you to connect with patients through telehealth and in-person consultations at our outpatient office. As part of our dynamic team, you'll enjoy a schedule that typically runs Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to effectively identify individual patient needs, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans that resonate with each patient’s unique circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other techniques, ensuring a well-rounded approach to each patient's care.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups designed to foster community understanding and combat stigma surrounding mental health issues.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure holistic patient care, integrating various therapeutic approaches and medical interventions as necessary.

• Offer crisis intervention services and support patients during mental health emergencies, demonstrating both empathy and effective problem-solving skills.

• Educate patients on mental health conditions and treatment options, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of treatment and patient interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse patient population including individuals suffering from conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is essential for this position.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT within the state of Illinois is required.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatments, and a variety of therapeutic techniques is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n
