This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a work-life balance. We offer both full-time (over 30 hours/week) and part-time (over 5 hours/week) schedules with flexible hours to accommodate your needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide ethical and compassionate mental health counseling services via video chat, creating a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.

• Conduct ongoing assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that address each client's unique challenges and goals.

• Assist clients in developing new coping strategies, problem-solving skills, and effective communication techniques to empower them in their daily lives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve stable, low-acuity adults seeking support for various mental health challenges. This may include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Your focus will be on promoting positive mental health outcomes through collaborative care tailored to each client’s needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current independent licensure in one of the following: LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or PsyD in the state of Illinois.

• Ability to work independently without supervision and maintain compliance with all ethical and legal standards of practice.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills combined with proficient computer literacy.

• A stable, high-speed Wi-Fi connection for uninterrupted virtual counseling sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

While specific experience in outpatient settings is preferred, we welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds who demonstrate a commitment to continued professional development and a passion for helping others. Experience with telehealth platforms or familiarity with mental health treatment modalities, such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care, would be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and hours worked. In addition to weekly direct deposit, we provide a sign-on bonus to support your transition into our team.
