Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health issues, strengths, and support systems.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans that are aligned with clients' goals and progress, utilizing feedback and assessment data.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans for clients.

• Offer critical crisis intervention and safety planning when urgent situations arise, ensuring clients receive immediate support.

• Facilitate psychoeducational sessions and support groups to empower clients and their families with knowledge and coping strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Participate actively in treatment team meetings to discuss client progress and adapt strategies as necessary.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, plus a sign-on bonus.
