Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients' needs, utilizing standardized evaluation tools and diagnostic frameworks.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that include evidence-based interventions and therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, providing a safe, supportive environment and fostering client engagement through interactive discussions and skill-building activities.

• Lead psychoeducational groups focused on various topics related to mental health, enhancing clients' understanding and coping strategies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care and comprehensive treatment plans.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support, offering immediate assistance during mental health emergencies.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA and other legal requirements, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development workshops to stay abreast of best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, ranging from adolescents to adults, who are facing various mental health challenges. Our patients come from different cultural backgrounds, necessitating an understanding of culturally competent care and approaches. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) within the state of Oregon.

• Strong foundation in mental health disorders, evidence-based therapeutic modalities, and a proven ability to develop effective treatment strategies.

• Experience working with adolescents and adults, delivering both individual and group therapy.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues.

• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic computer applications.

• Strong ethical framework with sound judgment and the ability to maintain professional boundaries.
