Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while maintaining access to our efficient outpatient office resources. Our collaborative team consists of licensed mental health providers, psychiatrists, and support staff, all committed to ensuring coordinated and holistic care for our patients. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and monitor progress effectively.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual cases, employing approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
\n
• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that foster community and connection among individuals facing similar challenges.
\n
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide comprehensive and integrated patient care.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention support for patients experiencing acute mental health challenges and ensure patient safety during emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients on mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and available resources, enhancing their engagement and empowerment in the treatment process.

• Keep precise and confidential records in compliance with ethical and legal standards while actively participating in case consultations and team meetings.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with advancements in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working with a diverse population, including individuals, couples, and families, who are facing a range of mental health issues. The insight gained through effective assessments helps shape individualized treatment approaches that celebrate each patient's unique story and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.
\n
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and proficiency in employing evidence-based therapeutic methods.
\n
• Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and crafting tailored treatment plans for diverse patient populations.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on building rapport and fostering therapeutic relationships.

• Capacity for sound judgment and a commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other computer applications integral to clinical practice.

• A collaborative mindset to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing individual and group therapy is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
