Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on serving individuals who experience both mental health and acute medical conditions. This diverse patient population includes clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse combined with various medical issues. As a therapist at Eligant Axis, you will have the opportunity to work with a varied demographic, helping to improve their overall quality of life through tailored, multi-faceted support systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Proven experience working with individuals with co-occurring psychiatric and medical conditions.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect with patients and collaborate with professionals.

• Competence in maintaining ethical boundaries and protecting patient confidentiality.

• Experience with electronic health record systems and relevant computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
