Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments to identify the needs and issues faced by students.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, employing solution-focused therapy techniques and other evidence-based interventions.

• Document clinical sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Interact and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including educational staff and healthcare providers, to ensure holistic care.

• Deliver psychoeducation and support to students and their families, helping them understand mental health challenges and coping strategies.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development, keeping abreast of the latest research and advances in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support students facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Our client population is diverse, representing different backgrounds and experiences, requiring a culturally competent approach to treatment. Your insights and interventions will directly contribute to enhancing their educational experience and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid LCSW license in the state of Arizona.

• Strong foundation in solution-based psychotherapy and other therapeutic modalities.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
