Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Reliant Healthcare Services, we value the expertise of our mental health professionals and offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 135,000 per year, commensurate with experience and licensure. Additionally, you may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,500 and performance-based bonuses totaling up to an additional $2,000, depending on your state licensure. Our comprehensive benefits package includes full medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, generous paid time off policies, and a 12-week paid parental leave program. You have the flexibility to choose your work hours with 5-40 hours per week available.
