Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of new clients to determine their unique mental health needs, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific circumstances.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy—working with individuals, families, and groups to address a myriad of mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with case managers and other healthcare personnel, including psychiatrists, to ensure a seamless continuum of care for our clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health distress, applying your clinical skills and compassion effectively.

• Participate in community outreach programs that promote mental health awareness and education, actively working towards reducing stigma associated with mental health conditions.

Qualifications\n

• An independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
