Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse client base, including individuals and families from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid and unrestricted license as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of three years of experience in the mental health field, demonstrating a solid understanding of clinical practices.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients on a personal level.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems to manage client care.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in providing therapy through telehealth mediums is preferred, as well as familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Candidates with a background in trauma-informed care will be given special consideration.

Compensation and Benefits\n
