Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices and personalized, solution-focused interventions to develop effective treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs and goals.

• Implement diverse therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to encourage clients in overcoming challenges and achieving their desired outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, providing confidential and compliant documentation that upholds ethical standards and contributes to client accountability and care continuity.

• Collaborate with a dynamic, multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide holistic client care and leverage each member’s expertise.

• Participate in regular professional development activities and peer consultations that enhance your therapeutic skills and ensure the highest quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, serving adults, adolescents, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your compassionate and tailored approach will help clients navigate their unique journeys toward improved mental health, resilience, and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in the state of Oregon as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
