Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify each patient's unique needs, ensuring the development of personalized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patients represent a diverse population with a wide spectrum of mental health issues. You will work with individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds, particularly those facing significant barriers to mental health care. By providing remote services, you will help increase access to those who may have difficulty attending in-person appointments due to transportation, mobility, or other challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.
\n
• Strong understanding of a variety of mental health disorders and therapeutic modalities, with a focus on evidence-based practices.

• Proficient in delivering both individual and group therapy, with documented success in working with diverse populations.
