You will be utilizing telehealth technologies to conduct your sessions, ensuring client confidentiality and comfort. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and substance abuse history, utilizing detailed questionnaires and discussions to gain a full understanding of their needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address a variety of mental health issues.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and wellness coaches, to create and implement integrated care plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Provide educational resources and support to clients’ family members, guiding them on how to assist in the recovery process and build a strong support system.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of all client interactions and therapy sessions in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards to ensure the integrity of client information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with are pre-screened and stable, typically presenting with low acuity levels. This means that the majority of your clients will be ready to work on their mental health in a supportive environment, allowing you to focus on providing effective therapeutic interventions without the additional pressures of high-risk situations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active state licensure is a must—candidates must hold LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC credentials.

• Proficiency in providing telehealth therapy, preferably with experience involving adolescents and young adults, to cater to a diverse client base.

• Commitment to engaging in ongoing training in our evidence-based treatment pathways to continuously enhance therapeutic efficacy.

• Strong technological aptitude, including advanced proficiency with computer systems such as Google Workspace and electronic health records (EHR) to streamline your work.

• Have the ability to establish rapport with clients, demonstrating warmth and empathy while navigating challenging conversations.

Preferred Experience\n

• 2 to 3 years of verified experience in providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, particularly in a telehealth format.

• Comfort working remotely, ensuring reliable internet connectivity, and having a designated private space for conducting therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
