Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of new and existing clients to identify individual mental health needs while documenting necessary information in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

• Develop personalized and culturally sensitive treatment plans based on evidence-based approaches and client preferences, ensuring an individualized pathway to recovery.

• Facilitate secure and effective virtual therapy sessions, employing methodologies suited to various mental health challenges faced by clients.

• Engage in regular communication with clients to adjust therapeutic goals and provide ongoing support throughout their treatment journey, tracking progress in real-time.

• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation that conforms to telehealth regulations and company protocols, enhancing continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will provide services to a diverse client base that includes individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Strong communication skills to foster rapport and establish a meaningful therapeutic connection with clients in a virtual format.

• Demonstrated empathy and understanding to support clients through their unique challenges.

• Excellent organizational abilities to manage a caseload effectively while adhering to scheduled commitments and documentation standards.
