This position operates in a fully remote setting, allowing therapists the flexibility to manage their schedules effectively. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for new patients, utilizing structured interviews and standardized assessment tools to identify their needs accurately.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, promoting patient engagement and adherence to therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups aimed at demystifying mental health issues, which cultivate a sense of community amongst participants.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists and psychologists—to deliver integrated care that addresses both mental and physical health needs.

• Offer crisis intervention services, supporting patients during mental health emergencies and connecting them with appropriate resources.

• Educate patients about mental health conditions, their treatment, and the availability of community resources to foster informed decision-making.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
