As a remote outpatient office, our therapists have the flexibility to provide services from their home or any other suitable location. The Monday to Friday work schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM allows for some flexibility based on patient needs, thus requiring adaptability and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify each patient's unique needs, followed by the creation of personalized treatment plans that align with their therapeutic goals.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities - including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy - to administer effective individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to create a safe space for sharing and community building amongst individuals facing similar challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a well-rounded care approach that addresses all aspects of patient health.

• Provide crisis intervention techniques to assist clients during mental health emergencies, demonstrating a calm and effective response to urgent situations.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and local resources, promoting informed decision-making.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all patient interactions are recorded accurately.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
