Position: Admin Assistant Location: Los Altos, CA Pay: This position has a fixed rate of $40.29/hour Experience: Prior general office support experience. Type: Full-time; Contract Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm HB Staffing is seeking an Admin Assistant to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description Answer incoming calls, in-person inquiries, and emails. Provide visitors with information and resources. Maintain and organize the boardroom, breakroom, copy center, and other communal areas. Route and track electronic documents for e-signature. Schedule and coordinate meetings. Research, file, and process invoices. Assist with expense reports, ordering supplies, and preparing presentations. Run reports, provide status on contract term dates, and enter and retrieve information from database systems. Position Requirements Experience in Microsoft Office, including Outlook scheduling, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Basic database software knowledge. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
