Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized, family-centered, and group therapy sessions through virtual means, utilizing evidence-based practices to address a diverse array of mental health conditions.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring immediate concern for their safety and emotional health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in the state of Oregon as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, or eligibility for licensure.

• Proven experience in providing therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups across various demographics and situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport and connection with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members alike.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
