Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to determine the needs of clients and formulate effective treatment plans that address their unique challenges.

• Diagnose and treat a range of mental health disorders, adjusting care plans to reflect changes in patient conditions and progress.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual counseling, family therapy, and crisis management, ensuring that each client's treatment aligns with evidence-based practices.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams comprising healthcare providers, social workers, and community organizations to develop comprehensive discharge plans that promote continuity of care.

• Facilitate referrals to appropriate community resources, such as support groups, treatment programs, and psychiatric specialists, tailored to enhance patients' overall well-being.

• Educate and empower clients and their families by providing resources and information to encourage active participation in their treatment journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Bright Health, you will work closely with individuals experiencing a range of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current State Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Psychologist.

• Proficient understanding of community mental health resources and services available to clients.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities to effectively interact with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

• A proven track record of establishing rapport and trust with clients to foster a therapeutic relationship.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Bright Health offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
