Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work environment, allowing therapists the flexibility to perform their roles from the comfort of their homes, while still engaging with a collaborative team atmosphere. Our practice operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility built in based on the needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand clients' needs and create customized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to help patients navigate their mental health journeys and foster a sense of community among participants.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Deliver crisis intervention services as needed, providing immediate support and guidance during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment approaches, and available community resources to empower their recovery process.

• Ensure precise and confidential documentation of all patient interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
