Work Environment\n

This position offers a unique telehealth work setting, allowing you to provide remote counseling services from the comfort of your home. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs. You will have access to advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms to facilitate seamless communication and documentation.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand patients' needs, challenges, and goals.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based intervention strategies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques.

• Facilitate life-enhancing psychoeducational workshops and support groups, providing patients with techniques and a sense of community to address common mental health concerns.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support in mental health emergencies, equipping patients with coping strategies and resources.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and available community resources to promote informed decision-making.

• Conduct regular evaluations to track progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring alignment with the evolving needs of clients.

• Maintain confidential and accurate client records in compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards, utilizing EHR efficiently.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
