Muscle Mastery Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Ashburn, Virginia. Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our outpatient office in Ashburn, Virginia. Our team works a structured schedule from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, ensuring ample time for patient interaction and collaboration. You will join a diverse group of healthcare professionals committed to providing top-quality physical therapy services. Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored, one-on-one physical therapy interventions to meet each patient's unique rehabilitation goals.
• Manage a balanced caseload, creating an environment where patients feel valued and receive sufficient time for their treatments.
• Leverage your orthopedic expertise to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that incorporate manual therapy techniques and exercise prescriptions.
• Utilize cost-effective and evidence-based treatments to enhance patients' mobility, strength, and overall physical health.
• Guide patients toward non-surgical treatment options, emphasizing lifestyle changes and rehabilitation strategies over medication when applicable.
• Continuously assess patient progress and modify treatment plans based on their evolving needs.
• Promote health and wellness through organized fitness and wellness initiatives tailored to the specific goals of each individual.
• Document all patient interactions and care details accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) software, such as Web PT.
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care that addresses all aspects of a patient's health and recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients seeking outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation services. You will engage with a diverse patient demographic, including athletes, active individuals recovering from injuries, and those managing chronic pain conditions. Each interaction will be an opportunity to empower patients and guide them through their pathways to recovery.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• An active and unrestricted state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Virginia.
• A clean professional background with no sanctions or board proceedings affecting registration.
• Proven proficiency in a variety of manual therapy techniques.
• A strong capability to design and implement effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Competence in using EMR systems, particularly Web PT, for precise and efficient documentation.
• Commitment to staying current with physical therapy practices through continued education and professional development.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an orthopedic physical therapy setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with advanced therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation technologies.
• Background in evidence-based research and its application in clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits
