Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to determine mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans for clients.

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy for teens, adults, and couples, utilizing best practices in mental health counseling.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment effectiveness within the Simple Practice platform.
\n
• Engage with clients regularly through virtual sessions, ensuring a supportive and empathetic therapeutic environment.

• Collaborate with schools, parents, and other stakeholders to coordinate care and facilitate comprehensive support for clients.

• Provide ongoing support and crisis intervention when necessary, adapting treatment strategies to meet the evolving needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on supporting students from diverse backgrounds, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. You will work collaboratively with educators and families to address the unique social and emotional needs of each student, guiding them through their recovery journey and fostering their academic performance.

Qualifications\n

• Current state licensure as a mental health professional (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) is required.

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health treatment and counseling.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• Strong skills in treatment planning and mental health counseling, with a focus on individualizing care for clients.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers an attractive salary range of USD 80,000 – 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, there are significant benefits that include:
