As a VP in Business Services, you will be located in Richmond, VA. Visa Sponsorship Harris Williams will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. Job Description Leads merger and acquisition advisory activities. Integral leader in all of the firm’s merger and acquisition advisory activities. Responsible for the integrity of the valuation analyses and merger and acquisition models developed in concert with Financial Analysts and Associates. Actively contributes during every phase of the deal process and is encouraged to handle a high level of responsibility on transaction teams. Oversees the development of both initial pitch material and descriptive memoranda and is expected to actively lead drafting sessions and due diligence meetings, as well as conversations with clients and counterparties. Encouraged to begin to participate in new business development. Qualifications Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry relevant experience is typically 8+ years. Specific certifications are often required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. Education Bachelor’s Certifications No required certification(s). Licenses No required license(s). Pay Transparency Base Salary: $175,000 – $325,000. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and personal skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
