Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments during intake sessions to evaluate clients’ mental health status and identify specific needs and challenges.

• Formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances, incorporating evidence-based therapies.

• Execute ongoing counseling sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques to assist clients in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse.

• Provide strategies and coping mechanisms to clients, facilitating their journey toward emotional and psychological resilience.

• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatments using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring timely updates and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clientele at Seaview Behavioral Health Center encompasses a broad spectrum of ages and backgrounds. You will work with individuals challenged by a variety of mental health issues including, but not limited to, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and behavioral issues related to substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of four years of clinical experience working with diverse populations in mental health settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
