Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments that explore clients' trauma histories, identifying appropriate therapeutic approaches tailored to each individual's needs.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at fostering recovery and resilience, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to help clients process trauma, learn effective coping strategies, and promote holistic healing.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies to ensure client safety and stabilization.

• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, effective coping mechanisms, and available resources to enhance their understanding and management of trauma-related challenges.

• Document all patient interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
