Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Redbud, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Performing thorough examinations and evaluations to assess patients' functional limitations and disabilities.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations.
• Providing ongoing consultations with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Documenting patient progress accurately and timely in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and communicating regularly with physicians and referral sources.
• Participating in community outreach initiatives and demonstrating leadership in program development and marketing efforts.
• Supervising and mentoring support staff and Physical Therapy Aides, ensuring optimal team performance and productivity.
• Engaging in self-directed learning through continuing education opportunities to stay abreast of rehabilitation practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your daily interactions will involve a diverse range of patients, from post-operative orthopedic rehabilitation to chronic pain management. Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Physical Therapist position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer and word processing systems.
