Litigation Legal Assistant – Costa Mesa, CA A prominent, mid-sized California law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join its Costa Mesa office. This is a full-time, non-exempt position offering a hybrid schedule. The firm has an established Southern California presence and offers strong internal support systems within a collaborative, smaller-office environment. This position will work closely with attorneys and several other members of the office support team. Qualifications 3–5+ years of litigation legal assistant experience Strong knowledge of federal, California state, and appellate court filing rules and procedures Significant litigation, e-filing, and calendaring experience Experience preparing Tables of Contents and Tables of Authorities Excellent proofreading, writing, formatting, and attention to detail Strong administrative, follow-up, organizational, and time-management skills Ability to take initiative and manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Experience with iManage or a comparable document management system Preferred Experience 3-5+ years of experience in a litigation position CompuLaw Best Authority CCC Macros Background with a small to mid-sized law firm, insurance defense practice, or general liability litigation #J-18808-Ljbffr
