By leveraging AI-powered matching, credential verification, and a seamless mobile-first experience, the company enables organizations to access high-quality candidates quickly and efficiently. Their platform supports modern workforce solutions including flexible staffing, digital onboarding, and integrated payroll systems.
Job Summary
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a remote sales job focused on outbound prospecting within the staffing and recruitment industry. This role is ideal for a high-energy, results-driven professional with experience selling into HR, staffing, or recruitment companies.
You will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth by booking qualified meetings for senior sales executives through high-volume outbound calling and strategic prospect engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 100120 outbound cold calls daily, targeting HR leaders, staffing firms, and recruitment agencies
- Schedule 1015 qualified sales appointments per week
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems (Pipedrive)
- Research prospects using tools like ZoomInfo to identify high-value leads
- Collaborate with senior sales executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
- Support additional sales-related tasks as needed
