Work Environment

The position is full-time and requires you to work onsite in our outpatient office from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. As part of your role, you will directly interact with a diverse group of patients, providing a rich, engaging atmosphere for both therapeutic progress and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' needs through comprehensive evaluations and identify their specific goals and aspirations regarding mobility and function.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing various evidence-based techniques aimed at improving motion and mobility.
• Deliver high-quality patient care, showcasing advanced manual therapy skills, exercise modalities, and patient education.
• Educate and motivate patients about their therapy process, offering support and encouragement to foster a positive outlook on recovery.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, discussing patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Document patient treatments, track progress, and report outcomes to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with patients experiencing orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain related to musculoskeletal disorders. Your approach will involve tailoring treatments to meet the diverse needs of each client, ensuring they receive the most effective interventions for their individual circumstances.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; a Master's Degree or Doctorate is preferred.
• A current, active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• At least 2 years of experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, focusing on the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries.

Preferred Experience

• Strong background in conducting assessments, developing treatment strategies, and providing direct patient care.
