Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor progress, discuss upcoming appointments, and facilitate discharges as needed.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review person-centered treatment plans tailored to meet each client's unique needs.

• Perform intake assessments to determine initial client needs and develop appropriate therapeutic pathways.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, including progress notes, to track client development and outcomes.

• Engage in individual supervision to enhance professional skills and ensure adherence to best practices.

• Collaborate seamlessly with other healthcare professionals involved in the care of clients, ensuring coordinated treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.

• Proficiency in utilizing digital tools and platforms, including spreadsheets, RMS systems, and scheduling applications like Outlook and PIMSY.

• Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, addressing a variety of mental health conditions.

• Comfort and competence in conducting intake assessments and documenting necessary client information.

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Renewed Perspectives Wellness, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and contribution to client care. Our fee-for-service model ensures guaranteed rates with prompt payment, eliminating delays in reimbursement.
