Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on diverse families and individuals seeking support through various challenges, including relationship issues, trauma, mental health disorders, and family dynamics. Our clients come from varied backgrounds, encompassing a wide age range and presenting different clinical needs, which allows you to apply your skills across multiple therapeutic modalities. By emphasizing psychoeducation and relationship counseling, you will empower clients to build resilience and healthier connections.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid MFT license to practice in the state of Washington.

• Certification in one or more therapeutic modalities such as structural family therapy, systems therapy, narrative therapy, or communication-focused therapies.

• At least one year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred, demonstrating successful client outcomes.

• Bilingual communication skills are considered a significant advantage and are highly encouraged.

Compensation and Benefits\n
