This role is based onsite at our hospital facility in Ossining, New York, where you will work alongside experienced physicians and a collaborative medical team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations through medical history reviews, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests to determine appropriate care plans.
• Administer medical treatment, perform diagnostic tests, and carry out minor surgical procedures under the supervision of attending physicians, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Educate patients on their health conditions, recommended treatments, and preventive care strategies to promote overall wellness, address concerns, and answer questions.
• Document patient encounters accurately and promptly, maintaining high-quality medical records that include treatment plans and follow-up care instructions.
• Collaborate with supervising physicians to formulate and implement tailored treatment plans that align with patients' individual needs and promote effective recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will serve a varied population, including children and adults with non-life-threatening conditions. Our patients often present with symptoms such as respiratory issues, minor fractures, infections, and allergic reactions. Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Active certification as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• Valid state licensure to practice as a Physician Assistant in New York.
• Demonstrated clinical skills and the ability to manage patients independently within your scope of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to foster effective relationships with patients and team members.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this full-time physician assistant position ranges from USD 150,000 to 180,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
