Top Care Health Center is actively seeking a motivated and highly skilled Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dedicated healthcare team in Ossining, New York. Work Environment

The role will be based onsite at our Surgical Center, where you will directly engage with patients and contribute to a multidisciplinary healthcare approach. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations for personal injury cases, comprehensively assessing patients to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Prescribe appropriate medications, including anti-inflammatory drugs, muscle relaxants, and medicated patches, while closely monitoring patient responses.
• Order and interpret necessary MRI and imaging studies to assist in accurate diagnoses.
• Utilize telehealth platforms to facilitate remote consultations, ensuring continued care and convenience for patients.
• Make referrals to physical therapy and specialized pain management providers to enhance patient recovery and pain relief strategies.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive data.
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, participating in case discussions to optimize treatment protocols and patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will serve a diverse demographic of patients, with a strong emphasis on those experiencing acute and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Possess a current and unrestricted Physician Assistant license in New York State.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Physician Assistant studies or a related field is required.
• Certification as a Physician Assistant from a nationally recognized certifying body.
• Proficient in utilizing electronic health record systems to ensure streamlined documentation and patient management.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, crucial for effective patient interactions and team collaboration.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with at least two years of experience in pain management or a related specialty will be preferred, as this background contributes significantly to providing our patient population with specialized care tailored to their needs. Compensation and Benefits
